Efficient Thermal Effect
The Hero Camper's panels are constructed using fibre-reinforced polymer panels (FRP). To create these panels, a total of 12 layers are utilized. The core consists of a combination of Styrofoam for insulation and PVC for enhanced strength. Glue is applied to adhere the subsequent layers of resin mixed with fiberglass. As a final step, a gelcoat in one of our various colors is applied, followed by a layer of wax to achieve a superior aesthetic finish.
FRP panels make the Hero Camper resistant to the harsh effect against weathering, degradation and aging in severe environments.
FRP panels is highly insulating, meaning it has an exceptional thermal insulation and it will keep the cold out in the winter and heat out in the summer.
FRP panels is highly insulating, meaning it takes very little energy to keep the Hero Camper warm for several days in cold conditions.
Impervious to moisture, mildew, fungus and bacterial growth.
FRP is up to 70% lighter than steel with an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.
